Internal error message

    Sonya, I am having a problem accessing the CM Organizer on my laptop. I am able to access it fine on my desktop, but when I try to access it through the laptop, I get the following message: 500 Internal Server Error.

    I have tried to clear my cache and cookies, but that doesn’t seem to correct the problem. I don’t know if this is my problem or a server problem.

    Could you please shed some light on the problem for me?

    Well, that just won’t do. Let’s see if we can narrow it down.

    Everything checks out okay on our end. And since it only happens on one of your computers it is probably a difference in the settings on that computer.
