Independent work

    I am trying to fill out my daily schedule and wanted to know what is considered Independent work. I am assuming reading, handi-craft, and copywork are considered independent work. What other activities are you including during that time slot? Would love to hear others suggestions? My girls are 6,7,and 9.

    Independent work for us includes some writing, math, music practice, chores; basically anything that I want to assign the children that they can do on their own.
