I am needing to contact Simply Charlotte Mason with questions regarding my order that arrived today. When I click on “contact” this comes up……

I have used this “form above” in the past however right now there IS no form above. Does anyone know what I should do. I was really needing to get in contact with them right away because the order I payed expedited shipping for at a pretty penny was wrong. I would like to get the things I ordered right away as we are already into our second week of school.
Also there is a discrepancy for fifth graders as to what to use for “Spelling Wisdom” and “Using Language Well”. In the actual “Spelling Wisdom” books it says that you should use “Spelling Wisdom Book 1” and “Using Language Well Book 1” for grades 3-5. However in the “Individual Studies, A Year of Language Arts, Math, Science Lesson Plans for Grade 5” it says to use “Spelling Wisdom Book 2” and “Using Language Well Book 2” for 5th grade. I would love to hear from Simply Charlotte Mason which one I should actually use so I know which one to return.
I would also like to say that I have always had wonderful service from the staff at Simply Charlotte Mason and have been very pleased with everything from them including their prompt response every time I have reached out to them.

After the screen loads, just fill in your e-mail address where it says Your Email and click the Send Details button.
That will send the information to me to help us figure out what is going on. There is nothing in the data that is private and you can see it before it’s sent.

We received your details from that link and made a change to the site that will hopefully fix the form not showing. I also e-mailed you back but I wanted to make sure you got our reply.
