I also would recommend Taking Charge of Your Fertility.
Rachel WhiteParticipantThis may be very helpful to spend some time reading through:

Though I can’t support the consumption of shellfish and porcine items, the rest applies, IMO.
Have you had your hormone levels and thyroid checked? Your OB can do a full blood work-up.
Has your husband had himself checked out, too?
chocodogParticipantI know when I only had one daughter my x-husband had went in and they said he had a low sperm count. They said it could be due to smoking, underwear to tight and sitting driving a vehicle to long. He did most of that so it was no wonder we didn’t have any more… 🙂 He never did. So, if any of those may be a factor then I would try to eliminate them first. 🙂
BLessings to you!
HiddenJewelParticipantOne thing that can make conceiving very hard is low thyroid. An easy fix but hard to get someone that actually knows how to give the correct testing or to read them correctly. TSH, Free T3 and Free T4 are minimums of what you want checked. And T3 and T4 ranges in the lower range of “normal” are most likely actually low. Here is a list of low thyroid symptoms. You can order your own testing online though. I use HealthcheckUSA.

HaRaeParticipantNaPro Technology is infertility help based on NFP. I don’t know much about it but it’s a place to start your research. Good info so far.
