I have just found this web site and the recommended book lists for history, etc. What I have not been able to find is the order in which the history books should be read. I assume chronologically, but I’m horrible at history and can’t remember if Joan of Arc or Brother Francis came first. Is there a chronological list that compiles all the books for grades 1-12 for each history module?

Also, which spine book do you use for modules 5 and 6?

    Welcome S6R!

I can relate to your lack of confidence in the chronological order of history. 😉 Thats why I LOVE the SCM History Modules! Each module has all the books already listed in chronological order one after another. So in each grade division, you start with the first one first, the second one second, and so forth.

I’m sorry I can’t suggest a spine for Modules 5&6 since we’re only in 4. However, I’m sure there are some great suggestions in the bookfinder. What are the ages of your dc?

    Blessings,

    Welcome r6R,

What ages do you have as that will help us recommend spines for Module 5 & 6?
