Historical Literature?

    Hi, I’m new to CM. While trying to learn more about CM methods, I’ve had some people tell me that CM advocated literature being tied into history such as history being American History and literature being American Historical Literature or fictional stories about American History. Is this true? Does CM advocate literature being tied in with history or is literature enjoying any classic? Thank you.
