    I’ve tried to do the free sample of the Hearing and Reading, Telling and Writing book to see if I want to order it, but it keeps saying that the file is corrupted?  Pointers?

    Sounds like you may need to update your Adobe Reader software. You can download a free copy from Adobe’s website: Adobe Reader.
