We are studying Module and so we are doing Africa for Geography I just came across a game at rainbow resource called “10 days in Africa”. The game is suppose to help in learning each country and its location in Africa. Has anyone used these game for a fun resource? Would these games even be considered CM style?
MonicaParticipantI’ve never used it, but I’ve read such great reviews about the “10 Days in” series that I am asking for some of those for Christmas. The reviews at Amazon are excellent. I turn to this blog for information about educational board games:

LDIMomParticipantWe have 10 Days in the USA, Europe and Asia.
I can’t say enough good about these games. They are great!!! We play them with our whole family and everyone incl. the adults enjoys them. Each game usually lasts 15 minutes or less, but we often play 2 or 3 games in a row. But if short on time, they aren’t time-consuming. Also, we will pair our younger two with an older sibling or parent and it keeps their interest as well.
I would highly recommend the games.
JenniferMemberWe have Africa, USA, and Europe. We enjoy them. We’ve pulled out Africa more since being in Mod. 1.
SueinMNParticipantWe have all five of them and love them all. I don’t even like playing games but I like these. My adult children like these too and have been known to sneak them off to their houses. I plan to buy some more copies for Christmas presents this year.
ebcsmomParticipantThanks so much! I had “10 days in Africa” on my wishlist, waiting to see if it was worth the money. Thank you all so much I can’t wait to get this now!
RebekahyParticipantWhat age do you think these games are good for? I’d love to get for my 7 yo she’s very into geography.
