I’m looking for some advice for getting started on being intentional on habit training. I owned LDTR in the past and to be honest it was overwhelming and I sold it. I’m in a marriage situation where I’m the only one who will be doing any reinforcing so simple is key. My husband and I are going through a very challenging time in our marriage so I really want to be reasonable for expectations for myself as well. I want to add it to our morning time for 5 min or so. I don’t usually remember during the day so having a set time really works well for me. We’re having issues with obedience, disrespectful talking, kindness, complaining, and more. UGH! I’m leaning towards starting with kindness. I’d love to hear how other families are using habit training in a simple way that will not add more pressure. Does anyone use any other resource other than LDTR? Thank you. 🙂
