if your children are older but still need lots of work on habit training, can you train more than one habit at a time? For instance,  one mental habit and one physical habit? Or one mental habit and one habit of decency and propriety?

    Thanks

I think it’s always just one habit at a time as it’s easier for anyone (young and old alike) to focus on one new thing at a time.  Think of all the new year resolutions that fail.  Is it because we focus on too much at once or it simply just very difficult to change a habit?  Like both can be true.  I think to set yourself (or your children) up for success, one new habit at a time is more than enough.  I’m not sure how old your children are, but here is a blog post of Sonya’s that might be of interest.
