Considering some of the recent posts about elementary age LA, I thought I would share another children’s series. In addition to the Ruth Heller series that’s been mentioned, another is from Lynn Truss:

“Eats, Shoots and Leaves: Why commas Really Do MAke a Difference”

“Twenty-Odd Ducks:Why Every Punctuation Mark Counts”

“The Girl’s Spaghetti: Why, you can’t manage without apostrophes!”

In full disclosure, I haven’t read these; I’ve only seen them recommended elsewhere and they are on my wish list. I thought I would share them with any who may be interested.

We have Eats, Shoots & Leaves and like it and have found it helpful.

That’s good to hear! Are you going to get the others?
