    We were looking for videos of birds today to go with our Intermediate Language Lessons and found this.  We have watched several of the very short vidoes already and I thought it was a fun way to bring the characters in our science books to life.  =)  We can also enhance our Nature Study moments with this.

    The girls kept saying “oh, there’s Sammy Jay” or some other birds/animals that they have read about and they were sharing what they remembered about the different ones.

    Here is a site about American toads – we are reading The Adventures of Old Mr. Toad by Thorton W. Burgess as part of the 106 Days of Creation curriculum.  This site has fabulous pictures on it. =)
