    For the best ever sharpener go to the website for Classroom Friendly Supplies. It beats all electric sharpeners hands down! To read about it, go to the blog First Grade Fairytales and search under Jan 2013 for best pencil sharpener. Sorry if I post links, it doesn’t post.

    Thanks for the recommendation. I read the review & looked at the website. There is just one thing I don’t understand. It says that it “stops sharpening” when the front plate reaches the edge. I don’t understand how it stops sharpening if you keep on cranking it….

    Maybe there is a video on their website that I can watch. That’s a good price for a quality sharpener.

    It just stops when it’s sharp. No over sharpening to a nub.
