Field Trips

I’m curious if, and how, CM homeschoolers keep records of field trips. We recently took our family to Colonial Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown for several days. We are studying early American History, so it was a great opportunity for them. How would you go about recording this? We do use the Charlotte Mason organizer, so I would love options for adding it in there.
