I’d like to know if anyone has any experience with this diet, both positive and negative. Is it hard to follow? I’m reading through the first chapter of the book and wonder if there’s more to the diet than what’s explained in the first chapter. Do I need the book? We’ve tried a gluten and casein free diet before, without result.

    Thanks Laughing

I have tried it, but because of a picky eater and a tight food buget my son couldn’t completely stick with it. We mostly cut out food dyes, and had some results. I do use a lot of the recipies in the book, and the food list is helpful.

Potpourri: Your story definitely makes me want to try it. I’m so glad it works so well for your family! I’ll get the book, and if I have question I will PM you. Thank you for that.
