Fabulous living books…BF Memorial-Day-Activity-Guide

I purchased the $5 electronic Memorial Day Activity Guide from Beautiful Feet, which uses 5 wonderful picture books (based on true stories). I have been super excited about this study since I first read about it a few months ago. I love it! I had never heard of any of the titles before and was surprised that my library had all of them. I am so thankful to have learned from Charlotte Mason the importance of reading these types of books. They educate in a way that touches the spirit and inspires the imagination. My 9 children and I have had some wonderful conversations regarding courage, sacrifice, freedom, and hope. I pray my children will spend their lives serving others. I am anticipating a particularly special Memorial Day this year after reading these books and doing the activities in the BF guide. We are humbled and blessed to live in this country!
