Wondering if anyone uses an ereader and if they have one they like. I dont typically like ebooks, but I recently invested in the Robinson Curriculum to supplement our reading and my dd wants to use the 1913 Websters dictionary to assist in her writing. I just cant see printing out multiple thousands of pages. I would like to get her an ereader. Cost is a consideration, but I do not want to get one that works too poorly to be useful. Anyone know of one that is decent quality and not too expensive. I’ve only ever read ebooks on the ipad so I have no experience with a dedicated ereader.

    TIA

The only one I’ve used is a Kindle from Amazon. It’s been fine, but I have nothing to compare it to. I buy the cheapest, most basic ones, although I don’t know how much they cost these days. I don’t typically like ebooks either, but there are so many good classics that you can get for free, it was worth it for homeschooling.

I’ve used the old-school barnes and noble ones.  I prefer ones with the “page like” screen over the back-lit blue light versions.  Easier on the eyes.
