English For The Thoughtful Child

    Hello,

    I began using English For the Thoughtful Child 2 years ago when I started with SCM.  But when I switched to AO, I stopped using it.  Now I am back with SCMLaughing, but am wondering if it is still a recommended language arts source.  I don’t see anymore in the SCM library. 

    Should I not use it?

    If you like it, Shannon, please feel free to use it. We used to recommend it; it has lots of good points. However, we’re working on refining the language arts lessons to hopefully eliminate all the duplication of poetry, art study, etc., that is built into the EFTTC lessons.
