Does anyone do 6 days a week?

I am just trying to find the best way to school 3 children (2nd grade, 1st grade, and 3 1/2yo, plus a 1yo boy).  I have to be with them for each thing, nothing on their own yet, so I’m trying to make it easy on me.  Sonya had suggested in another post of mine that I do Day 1, Day 2, etc, rather than M-F because a number of my weeks will be 2 or 3 days long instead of 5.  Has anyone ever done this with 6 days instead of 5?  I would still school only 5 days a week (weekends off), but the rotation would be 6 days.  I hope I’m making sense…  Thanks, all!

Yes, it makes sense. You could certainly have 6 daily schedules that you use as you rotate through your schooling days. And you would be in good company; Charlotte Mason did six days. (Granted, hers was six days a week; nonetheless, she had six different daily schedules.) Smile

Thanks, Sonya.  I feel like this might be easier than trying to “fit it all in” with all the kids needing my help, plus a busy toddler in the mix.  Now to figure out how my weeks will add up now.  🙂
