Difference Between CM and Waldorf?

Can someone explain the differences to me, please? I know there are some similarities – especially a strong belief in exposing children to art, nature, music, strong literature, and of course some pretty big philosophical/faith differences, but when it comes down to the nuts and bolts of education, what are the differences?
I once wondered the same thing. The third comment in this thread explains it pretty well, I think…

there is a lot of overlap; they were contemporaneous though CM started earlier. I think the big difference is in the view of the nature of the child.
