I love browsing this site! Is there anything on there that would lend itself to CM style education?

I love it too! YES! Lots of copywork! Love Lighthouse Publications! Their A-Z copywork is great! The Scripture copywork is wonderful along w/ great pics! Also, there are hymn copywork from others that we do.

This is not CM, but we are adding lapbooks to our geography. I think it is by Fortunately You..not sure at this moment! Anyhow they are not time consuming and are considered mini lapbooks..but the boys love doing them!

I wish I could get lots of stuff from there! LOL! There is a lot of eye candy to enjoy!

There is a publisher there called Shining Dawn, I think.  They have what they call nature explorers.  It is a nature study that can include ideas for picture study, music study, and bible.  I haven’t tried it yet but we are hoping to soon.

I second Lighthouse Pubs’ A to Z Copywork books. We have the traditional and the cursive (for different children). They all love it, and it gets the job done. I printed them out and had them spiral-bound at fedex office. I like the cost of it b/c I can use it again and again by printing out more as I need them for the younger children as they need copywork. Plus each book includes beautiful illustrations and Scripture which I love too!

I also found a nice state book on there. We have not used it all, but I chose what I wanted to cover for our state and made each of our children books. I was able to customize them based on age.

I always wait until they are having a sitewide sale, sometimes discounting things as much as 50% off the already good prices.
