I don’t think I’ve seen anyone mention the Crinkleroot nature books. Are there any opinions?
CM momMemberI think they’re super. We have several of the Crinkleroot’s Guides and enjoy them.
the9clarksParticipantThank you so much for mentioning these. I had never heard of them. Now I have several on hold at the library. 😀
BookwormParticipantWe have several and like them a lot.
CindySParticipantThanks, I’ll put some on hold, too!
EglantineMemberEverything I’ve ever seen by Jim Arnosky is great!
EricaBMemberBoth of my kids LOVE Crinkleroot! There are a ton of facts, but the kids are also kept entertained. We just did birds and they enjoyed learning to sing the bird songs. We have an audio of the songs, but Crinkleroot made everything make sense and help them remember the songs.
GemParticipantOh, I have been wanting some of these Crinkleroot books for a long time. Which do you think are the best? I was thinking of getting the bird one first.

hvfth99MemberThanks so much for posting this recommendation! I just received several of them from the library and my kids loved them! They are perfect for a light nature study.
Faith 🙂
