I am doing A&P with my 10th grade daughter. I am planning on using the Fearfully and Wonderfully Made  book(along with the free study guide) for a text along with The Body of Evidence DVD set. I would like to add some living books.Any ideas? Does anyone have any recommendations or opinions on this as a high school A&P course? I plan on her narrating and notebooking along with this.  I also considered having her go through the History of Medicine by Tiner.  Too much? not enough? Any thoughts?

Thanks, I appreciate all of your insights and ideas!

just bumping this one time to see if anyone has any ideas. If I don’t get any comments this time around I will let it go.

    Thanks

I was wondering what “A&P” is. I’m sure I won’t be able to help, since I’m not familiar with it….or maybe I’ll end up saying, “Oh…that’s what it is!” when I see it. Smile

I hope someone else can jump in with an opinion for you.

    Sue,

Thanks so much. A&P is an abbreviation for anatomy and physiology (sometimes called advanced biology) Since I posted last I also have added an anatomy/physiology coloring book that are used by first year med students to go along with her course.
