Copy Work Question

Sorry for all of the questions ladies but I’ve got another one for you.  My ds will be in 5th grade next year and we will be doing the midevil times for history, I’m trying to locate the other subject matter books, but for copywork it just says the “book of mottos”.  I’ve searched for a book or something and can’t seem to locate one.  Here is the question.  Has anyone used Horizons Pennmanship for 5th grade or younger?  I’ve seen the 4th grade and it is the copying of Jesus’ parrables which I thought was great and 5th grade looks like it would be similar.  Does anyone have any other suggestions of what I could use for him?
