CMOrganizer not allowing me to check off a day!

    My daughter is in rehearsal for a play and I’ve put her rehearsal schedule in as a Fine Arts class.  I am now in the process of going back (she started several weeks ago) and completing the rehearsals she’s finished, but it won’t let me go past October 19.  The days past that are not clickable?  Since today is Oct 26, I’m flumoxxed.

    If you click the little triangle next to the days it will pop open more options that will let you select any date.

    And if those don’t go back far enough, you can click the little calendar icon to select any past date you want.

    LOL, I’m communicating poorly. 🙂

    I am clicking the triangle to go back.  I get the calendar.  Oct 1-20 are fine, clickable/selectable.  Oct 21 (which I need) is white and not clickable.

    Could it be that when you scheduled the resource you didn’t schedule it for that day of the week? Just thought that might be it…

    Oh! If a date is not clickable on the calendar, that means it is recent enough that it’s showing up already as a date box in the week of date boxes beside the calendar box. So you would see Today; then if you click the green arrow you would see a week’s worth of date boxes that you can check off; then any date prior to those date boxes is accessible on the calendar. Does that help?
