CM organizer, pausing scheduled lessons

I apologize, as I am certain this has to have been addressed somewhere. I watched the videos and searched the forum with no success.
I have scheduled our lessons, have been successful in using the organizer, and am enjoying it, however I just realized next week we will not be completing any lessons due to VBS.
I could not figure out how to pause our scheduled lessons, so I went through each resource scheduled and basically changed the start date to the following week. It took a bit of time, was cumbersome and took away the lessons we had scheduled for today, meaning I will now have to go and enter all of the work we have done and will do today.
There must be an easier way to pause the schedule.
Can someone assist me with what I should have done?
Since the CM Organizer reflows your plan based on what you really got done, the simplest way to move everything forward is actually to just do nothing! 🙂 Just leave your plans, enjoy VBS, and when you come back everything will be right where you left off.
You might want to move start dates forward for resources that you haven’t yet begun using, if your original plan was for them to begin during the VBS week, but other than that you should be able to simply step away and come back when you’re done with your week off.
