     Can you plan out her whole year or three terms worth ahead of time. I would like to plan my whole next year out in the next few weeks and wasn’t sure if you could do this with the organizer.

    You have the options to schedule a resource by date or have it appear on your daily plan with or after another resource. So, yes, you can schedule your resources in advance.
