Does anyone know of a Christmas book for the whole family (adults down to 7 yrs) that is of Lamplighter Publishing quality? I would like on that point you to Jesus (not Santa). We’ve already done all the Jotham’s Journey books.

We always reread one of the Jotham books bc they are a favorite ( ESP Jotham). Some dear friends always read One Wintry Night by Ruth bell graham and we plan to this year. http://www.amazon.com/gp/aw/d/0801038480/ref=mp_s_a_1?qid=1353291804&sr=8-1&pi=SL75
for other fun, but different reads, we also love The Best Christmas Pageant Ever and A Christmas Carol (abbreviated by Dickens) and a slew of picture books! Oh, we also have a great book of short stories titled Christmas in my Heart (I think).

I remembered seeing this post and just came across the book The Shepherd’s Prayer from Sheri Graham’s website. I haven’t read it, but it has great reviews!

We read Destination: Bethlehem last year and really liked it. It’s only $2.99 for the Kindle.

Keeping Holiday does sound good..let the pondering begin! Also just remembered there is quite a collection of Christmas stories by Charles Dickens. I got ours for .95 on kindle with A Christmas Carol. It’s also extremely reasonable as an audiobook.
