Can't print/display Attendance or Bibliography Reports

I was looking at the reports tab on the organizer, which I pay for (and it’s worth every penny), but the Attendance and Bibliography Reports take me to a screen that says I am using the basic, free version and that I can’t print or display those reports.

I thought I still was paying for the organizer subscription, but now I can’t seem to find a record of having paid it recently.  The payment was set up automatically with PayPal.

Can you shed some light on this matter?

    Thanks,

    Sue

So sorry about the confusion, Sue! It looks like your most recent renewal payment didn’t go through for some reason, so your account was downgraded to the free Basic account. Here’s how to fix it:

    1. Go to your account at https://simplycharlottemason.com/my-account/

    2. Click on the Subscriptions link.

    3. Find your subscription on that page and click on the View button.

    4. Under the Related Orders header, you should see an order with a status of “Pending Payment”. Click the Pay button next to that order to renew the subscription.

Once you’ve done that, your account should automatically upgrade.

Thanks, I’ll do that.  If I was paying through PayPal, then that could have been the problem.  I had a problem with them in the last week or so, but that is now fixed.

Will it go back to automatic payments again, or do I have to do something with that for next month?

Your subscription should continue to attempt automatic payments for each renewal. If there’s a problem with the payment, it will downgrade until the payment issue is resolved.

I understand.  It was actually a problem with my card, but it’s all good now.
