can someone help me???? I need something for High School American History!

    Hi,  

    I have been desperately searching for something for American History for my high school daughters.  I do have the Teaching Company Lectures but the more I think about it, the more I think that they will get bored just listening to lectures.  So I am looking for something either completly different, or something to add to the lectures.   I am beginning to feel a bit nervous that I don’t have something in place yet.

    For American History, my daughter (16) has enjoyed William Bennett’s three volumes, “America: The Last Best Hope” and “American Voices” by Notgrass. She also loves David Mccullough’s biographies.  We like to watch PBS documentaries directed by Ken Burns and episodes of American Experience.
