What, more specifically, are you needing help with? The Bookfinder is designed to be pretty straightforward; just type what you’re looking for into the search box to search for living books. 🙂

I use the bookfinder a couple of different ways.  Sometimes I want to check on the suggested reading level or age group.  So I type in the title & look for that info.  Sometimes I click on the author’s name to see other titles.  I get off on a few rabbit trails this way. 🙂  Sometimes I type in a science subject or history time period, with or without an age range of the students, and the bookfinder pulls up the ones that are relevant. My favorite feature of the bookfinder is the place you can tell it to sort the results to put SCM’s recommendations first.  I hope I explained that well.  I’m up late finishing a batch of pickles. So my brain is pretty tired…  Oh, another awesome thing about the bookfinder is, if you are using the Charlotte Mason Organizer, you can find the book/resource you want in the bookfinder and schedule it into the organizer with the click of a mouse!  Usually with chapter numbers/titles and specific info.  There’s a video about that if you are interested.
