    Hi Friends:
I am about to get the BOC started, and am wondering if you have used timelne printable figures:

    1) Where you get them (free hoepfullyy)?

    2) If it’s more trouble than it’s worth to try and find icons for all the things you are studying….. When I think of doing the history figures, poet, composer, authors…..ect, it seems a like a LOT to set up with icons…..although I REALLY want to do it, just wondering what your exeriences are.

We are doing Year 1 this year, and this would be a great time to start strong!

    Thanks

I bought the Homeschool in the Woods figures.  THey were very pricey- but- they’re on discs (so I will always have them).  It’s easy to just print another sheet and cut them out.  I have a choice of .jpeg, and other letters I don’t understand.  I have a choice of sizes.

I don’t always like things to be on the computer (I’d rather have a book in my hands), but this is working for us.

I bought them because I don’t have hte time to search the internet and manipulate what I find.

echoing above comment.  we have been using them for years.  you can also make flashcards, posters and notebooking pages with them.
