    We just finished our first day with the planner. I wanted to print a report but it just comes up blank. Any suggestions what I might have done wrong?

    Hmmm, that’s interesting. Let’s see . . .

    The only thing that comes to mind is if you checked off things as Worked On today and selected a Summary Report. The Summary Report gives only finished work. Does that solve the mystery, or should I send an SOS to our programmer?

    I checked off both items worked on and items completed, and selected a Detailed Report….still blank.

    Okay, I’ve passed along the information to our programmer, and I’ll let you know just as soon as I hear from him.

    OK, I figured out my mistake…I had checked off the wrong dates…I just checked the first one in the row each time. Sorry for the trouble. It is working beautifully now.
