Binocular suggestions for nature study

    I’m trying to put together a nature backpack and want to include binoculars for the kids. Any suggestions on brands or what to look for? We have some smaller adult ones but the kids find it very hard to focus them.

    Any other suggestions for a backpack? I was thinking magnifying glasses; notebooks and pencils; bug spray; sunscreen, tissue; small first aid kit; bird, insect and plant field guides; and zipper baggies in case we want to bring something home.

    Bushnells have some nice birding ones. It’s bushnell.com
