We are really enjoying Grammar Land, finding it helpful in learning grammar terms and concepts through story. Do you know of similar audio recordings in other disciplines, such as music, art, science, or math? I would love to find recordings that use narrative to introduce the technical concepts in these fields.

Not audio, but for math we <3 love & am using for my boys:

& Life of Fred by Stanley Schmidt @ http://www.polkadotpublishing.com

Also, I’ve heard of Grammar Island and Grammar Village.

But, I don’t remember where I came across those.

I know that at myaudioschool.com there are listings for in each catagory that you mentioned.  I have not pursued them very much yet, so can’t give you specifics. You may have to be a member to see the whole list….it’s not expensive and it is easy to navigate and find what you need.
