Another Organizer Question

    I’m trying to enter a resource that has 9 units and 4 phases in each unit. When I list the division as a unit is their anyway I can list each of the four phases within that unit? I hope that makes sense.

    If I’m understanding the layout correctly, I would enter it like this:

    Division Type: Assignment

    1 Unit 1, Phase 1

    2 Unit 1, Phase 2

    3 Unit 1, Phase 3

    4 Unit 1, Phase 4

    5 Unit 2, Phase 1

    etc.

    That way when it shows up in the Daily Plan, it will read “Assignment 1: Unit 1, Phase 1.” Does that look like it would work?

    Or, if the phases have titles, you could do something like

    Division Type: Assignment

    1 1:1-Name of Phase 1 of unit 1

    2 1:2-Name of Phase 2

    3 1:3-Name of Phase 3

    4 1:4-Name of Phase 4

    5 2:1-Name of Phase 1 of unit 2
