Ancient history chronology

    I am doing an old testament overview with my first grader and tag along preK sister. We are roughly following the first 2 SCM guides. However, Ancient Egypt and Her neighbors does not seem to be in chronological order. Why is this? I am wanting to fit the rest of history into the Bible chronology. Does anyone have any ideas? Greece is not so hard to rearrange to fit.

    Ancient Egypt and Her Neighbors is more of a topical approach, since so much of the Egyptian history dates are uncertain and the various nations overlap in their ancient times. I have found the timelines in All Through the Ages from Nothing New Press to be very helpful in seeking to coordinate ancient history with the Old Testament.
