Can anyone recommend a book about the Founding Fathers (or American Government in general) for a 5th grader who is a reluctant history student?  He is 10.

    Thanks in advance.

This isn’t specifically about founding fathers, but it is A good one for citizenship IMO.  I’m reading it worth my 9 year old though she could read it on her own.

Birthdays of Freedom  by Genevieve Foster (there are two volumes and are oop)

There are a couple of pages about cavemen easily skipped, but we are enjoying it so far.
