A CM conference?

In all honesty, how do you “book” or schedule a conference? Is this something one of us coordinates? I think there is a major movement in our area for a gentler, long term approach to teaching and raising our children. I am trying to mentor several friends to move in this direction, but I would love to have a conference for them (and me!) to go to. We have about 120 families in our homeschool group alone. I know our church would be open to this… anything?
Answering my own question, I just found the page about it. Don’t know how I’ve missed it, I thought I had scoured the site! LOL
It’s a great question, so I’ll go ahead and answer it for others who might be reading this.
We try to make it as easy as possible to host an SCM event. Basically three factors need to align: the date, a location, and enough attendees to cover our expenses in coming. If you’re interested in learning more about possibly hosting an SCM event, take a look at our Event Organizer page.
