If I want to create a plan for the next year (or the rest of this school year), can I create something that I can printout?

I am working to be better at creating a plan of what I want to accomplish for the next year.

    Thanks

You will find SCM’s resource Planning Your Charlotte Mason Education most helpful! There are all sorts of charts and schedules to help you plan your day and books exactly how you want them. I would link to that resource, but I’m on my iPhone and can’t right now.

The resource is something you purchase from SCM. I believe there are also downloadable PDFs of schedules and planning sheets. Again, I’m still posting from my phone, so I can’t link you there. Look in the Bookstore area of this site. You’ll find loads of planning resources, including the one I mentioned.

Here’s the Planning Your Charlotte Mason Education book LindseyD mentioned: http://simplycharlottemason.com/store/planning-your-charlotte-mason-education/

And then we also have some sample weekly and daily schedules available free on this page: http://simplycharlottemason.com/planning/sample-schedules/

This page is also very helpful. Click on the “Plans for My Year” pdf. It’s free and a helpful start.

Or, check out the older version of the free curriculum guide. The difference in format may appeal to you instead.

If you are planning with resources other than SCM, I’d highly recommend using the Planning Your Charlotte Mason Education book and dvd. There are threads for paper planning. Some of them discuss using copies of books’ Table of Contents (TOC) to keep track of progress. I’ve used both paper and the CMO for planning. There are things I like about each.
