    I realize you probably want the physical book, but it’s recently available for download on the Kindle for $7.99 at Amazon (you can download a Kindle app on your computer from what I understand too). Hope you find what you’re looking for!

    can you provide the link for the kindle version…I cannot find it….I did finally find one at a library to check out.

    Here it is.

    I bought it and it’s easy to read.  They did a nice job with the formatting and such.
