Written Narration Question

    Hi,
    I hardly post on the forum, but I’m always reading :))
    My dd is going into 4th grade(10 yr old) in the fall. I would like to start her on written narrations.
    My question is, how many do I ask her to write per day/week?

    Start with one per week with an easy to narrate book/subject.  Don’t be surprised if it’s very short. Just give it time.

    Thank you missceegee. She did a few this past spring term (she wanted to) and she would write a few of sentences, so I’m not expecting much. lol She’s a little bit of a reluctant writer, so if she turns out one a week I’ll be happy. 🙂
