    This is a Landmark book – is it appropriate for 4 – 6 grade? There are mixed reviews on Amazon and I don’t want to order if it it’s too much into the “dark side”.

    A long picture book but I recommend The Tall Man from Boston. There is so much out there on Salem that is not good. And the place still has a lot of problems today. See this post: https://lettersfromnebby.wordpress.com/2014/02/26/studying-the-salem-witch-trials/
