One of my friends just shared this website with me – I’m SO excited – it has lots of yummy sounding recipes and two week meal plans – what a huge blessing to have it done for me!
I have not used it yet, but my friend says that everything she has made has been delicious. Since we do not have a lot of these gluten free ingredients yet in our home, I’m going to use this general menu outline, using the recipes I’m familiar with and then slowly add things from the site as I find I have all the ingredients on hand. For those of you that are struggling with healthy delicious food for your family – this is nurishing traditions made for busy moms!
I just checked and no most of her menus are not gluten free. There were a few recipes that used almond meal instead of flour which would be gluten free. But otherwise most of them used sprouted wheat flour or a combination of flours that included a gluten containing flour.
Ok, thanks! I clicked on the link that said gluten free, but couldn’t find any information…maybe my computer was acting up. We are moving towards being gluten free..so it caught my eye.
