I’m looking for one for use with map drill…sure there will be other uses down the road.

Not exactly an atlas, but we’ve been using the maps here: http://www.eduplace.com/ss/maps/

Uncle Josh’s outline maps is recommended for the history modules…I may pick this up down the road.  For our atlas, we have a Reader’s Digest Children’s Atlas that was given to us.  We don’t use it for map drills, but more as a reference.  It has flags, crafts, and pictures on the map to show what each country (or state) is known for.  It’s definitely more for elementary ages.

    Thank you, Holly.

Others?  I should maybe clarify…what I’m thinking is a good book to lay on the table for reference during mapdrill…to be used to find the mext thing to add to our maps.
