Which one’s are “dumbed down” are which aren’t. I’m looking on paperbackswap and just looking at the cover I have no clue which one to get. There is a “Comlete and Unabridged Classic”, 2 different “Dover Classic”, a “Children’s Classic”, and several that just say Aesop’s Fables. They are published anywhere from 1963-2003 and some that don’t say. Thanks for your help!Ami May 20, 2010 at 4:52 am suzukimomParticipantAmbleside Online recommends the one by Milo Winter – I’ve been using it (from the library) and it seems very good and complete…The Complete and Unabridged Classic is probably really good…. I requested it, then realized I had enough fables already for the year, so I relisted it. I didn’t have a problem with the writing, though.Karen May 20, 2010 at 8:18 pm junkybirdParticipantI have this one that I got from Amazon. It has a CD which my son loves. He is extremely auditory. And it is illustrated by Milo Winter. JennViewing 5 posts - 1 through 5 (of 5 total)The topic ‘Which Aesop's Fables’ is closed to new replies.
