As I am heading into planning mode, armed with Mysterious Lady in Pink’s notes from Sonya’s simplicity talk, I am wondering if this talk has been recorded yet, and if it might be available sometime this year?
I know it’s a crazy busy season for all of you…and I appreciate all of your hard work to give us the very best quality. 🙂
We haven’t yet recorded the When More Is Less workshop, but we know that a lot of you are waiting for it. We will certainly let everyone know when we have a recording available.
How exciting!!! This workshop was so helpful for me to take the final step in the direction I knew I needed to go. I have been working on this since the St. Louis conference and am seeing some of the benefits. I still have more to do, but I am so thankful that I was able to listen, do the work, and start seeing how much easier and happier my life is as I simpllify.
A huge THANK YOU for getting this out on audio. I bought it last night and had a chance to listen during naps today. This was exactly what I needed to hear. I’m going to have my husband listen too, because I know it’s something that’s been on both of our hearts.
I’m halfway through this and it is so good and true. THIS is the theme I am hearing repeated everywhere this summer! There are two similar blog posts over at http://www.aholyexperience.com this week – How to Plan Neglect: Saying No to Good Things and The Great Challenge Facing All Women. I honestly believe the Holy Spirit is really trying to get this point home to us this season. Saying no to the good to say yes to the best. That’s what it boils down to.
That’s ironic missceegee! I just read today’s Voskamp post about being deliberate in your nos and yeses and was thinking of how timely it was with the release of this new audio.
Personally, I’ve been feeling very overwhelmed with a variety of things and really hope to simplify this fall. Amen to the Holy Spirit at work :))
Putting things back into circulation (I loved the welding generator story…wow)
Keeping an open door to bless others
Things get in the way of people (I am thinking I am the homeschooling mama mentioned that has the children doing a long list of tasks and unable to get to school in the morning)
Janell – goes along with margins. I recently read “Margin: Restoring Emotional, Physical, Financial, and Time Reserves to Overloaded Lives” By Richard Swenson
I thought it was a really good read. Goes right along with less is more and creating margin in your life.
I am going to purchase the Less is More audio recording. I am always blessed by the SCM team and wisdom they share.
