I am looking for a thorough book of Historical World History maps. I have a US one from MAps.com, but their World one isn’t available at this time and I don’t even know the quzlity of it, tholugh I like their US one.

Could any here tell me what Historical Atlas you have and like? I want to use it from now till the end of their schooling. At Amazon, the Penguin and Anchor Volumes seem to get the highest marks and seem to have many maps, but I’d like others experinces.

    Thanks, Rachel

I have and am liking the Nystrom Atlas of World History very much.  Very usable size at 135 pages plus glossary and index. Has all I want for Modern Times.  Haven’t yet proved it for earlier times.  I know this is an old post…but just putting it out there for others seacrhing threads like me!!
