What to do when map resource is outdated?

I’ve used Uncle Josh’s Outline Maps for all of our map studies in the past. This year, as I’m working on my master map for Europe, I’m discovering that Uncle Josh isn’t up to date. Kosovo and Montenegro are not on either the Europe or Eastern Europe maps. 

Do you know of a place where I can find updated blank maps of Europe? Or should I draw these countries in?
