We will be starting a new year with CM and using Early modern and they only cover Bible once a week and I want more than that? Any suggestions? Kids ages are 13,10,7.

    Thank you

My DC are similar ages to yours (ages 13, 10, 8, 5, & toddler).  We are using Penny Gardner’s Bible readings.  Each week we do 2 days of OT readings and 2 days of NT readings.  On the 3rd day of the week, we follow the Epistle reading from SCM’s Middle Ages guide.  I’ve found these readings to be a nice length…most are a chapter or slightly less.  We follow the reading up with narration.

We just read from the scriptures.  We’ve done reading from front to back, chronologically, or by topic, or just focusing on a particular person or book.  We don’t tend to do devotional type books.
